What is MyPARMS?

MyPARMS is the Paddy Agriculture Records Management System. It organizes agricultural office records such as farmer, land, cultivation, service, organization and reporting information.

Can members of the public sign in?

The public website is open to everyone. The records system is restricted to authorized staff accounts because it contains operational and personal information.

Why can’t I see every menu item?

Access is based on your assigned role. Each user sees the functions needed for their authorized responsibilities.

What should I do if information is incorrect?

Do not create a duplicate to correct an existing record. Confirm the source information and use the approved edit or correction process available to your role.

Does MyPARMS support field work?

The system includes an offline-update area for authorized workflows where connectivity may be limited. Follow your administrator’s setup and synchronization guidance.

How can I request help?

Visit the contact page and email the founder with the page name, the action you were taking and the message you saw.
